個人簡介
 

 

 

浙江大學求是特聘教授,國家級高層次人才,國家重點研發(fā)計劃項目負責人(首席科學家)

四川省瀘州市人,1995年本科畢業(yè)于上海交通大學,同年保送進入浙江大學工程熱物理專業(yè)直接攻讀博士學位,2000年獲博士學位,2002年~2003年在法國國家科學研究中心CORIA從事博士后研究,2007年晉升為教授,2009年任博導。

現(xiàn)任固體廢物能源化清潔利用技術與裝備國家工程研究中心副主任。兼任Springer出版SCI期刊Waste and Biomass Valorization編委,巴塞爾公約亞太區(qū)域中心化學品與廢物環(huán)境管理智庫專家,中國動力工程學會環(huán)保專委會副主任委員,中國計量測試學會多相流測試專業(yè)委員會委員,中華環(huán)保聯(lián)合會專家委員會能源環(huán)保專家組專家。浙江省環(huán)境科學學會垃圾分類資源化及其污染防治專業(yè)委員會副主任委員,浙江省杰出青年基金獲得者,入選浙江省151人才。

主要研究課題包括:1、垃圾智能分類;2、污泥干化焚燒及自動化;3、危險廢物無害化處置;4、電子垃圾高值化利用;5、餐廚等有機垃圾產沼及制氫;6、焚燒飛灰解毒及資源化;7、燃燒診斷及測量;8、污染物在線檢測及深度凈化。

負責國家重點研發(fā)計劃項目2項:循環(huán)經濟關鍵技術與裝備重點專項項目《生活垃圾焚燒設施碳污協(xié)同智能控制技術及裝備》和固廢資源化重點專項項目《有機危廢高效清潔穩(wěn)定焚燒處置技術與裝備》。主持國家高技術研究發(fā)展計劃(863計劃)重大項目課題《國產化污泥干化與焚燒成套裝備研制及應用》。負責國家自然科學基金項目3項:《基于脈沖超聲波雷達原理的氣固兩相介質內顆粒濃度和粒徑二維分布測量研究》、《利用高光譜火焰圖像同時在線測量三維溫度場顆粒濃度場和氣體濃度場》、《基于圖像處理和神經網(wǎng)絡技術的煤粉燃燒NOx濃度測量》。成果《污泥攪動型間接熱干化和復合循環(huán)流化床清潔焚燒集成技術》和《生活垃圾循環(huán)流化床清潔焚燒發(fā)電集成技術》獲國家科技進步二等獎!污泥熱干化與燃煤鍋爐協(xié)同焚燒處置技術的集成和應用》獲華夏建設科學技術一等獎!度紵^程的場參數(shù)實時檢測、在線診斷和優(yōu)化控制技術》獲浙江省科技進步一等獎。專利《一種顆粒濃度和粒徑二維分布的旋轉測量系統(tǒng)和方法》獲第48屆日內瓦發(fā)明展銀獎,《可調諧激光光譜結合飛行時間質譜在線監(jiān)測二噁英的方法》獲中國專利金獎和浙江省專利金獎,《危險廢物回轉式流化冷渣三段焚燒爐》獲中國專利優(yōu)秀獎。

榮獲浙江大學優(yōu)秀研究生德育導師、浙江大學岑可法教育基金孺子牛獎、浙江大學能源工程學院院級先進工作者、浙江大學機械與能源工程學院我最喜愛的班主任等榮譽稱號。為研究生發(fā)展提供良好的生活和學習條件。與美國斯坦福大學、日本富士電機公司、法國蘇伊士集團、法國阿爾比礦業(yè)大學等有緊密合作關系,優(yōu)秀學生均有出國進行學術交流的機會。所指導的研究生中,1人獲浙江大學最高學生榮譽竺可楨獎學金,2人獲中法聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士學位;畢業(yè)去向包括出國、政府部門、高校、科研院所、以及知名企業(yè)如光大環(huán)保、浙能集團、中國華電、上海電氣、P&G寶潔、富國基金等。
